• All reservations require a 50% deposit including taxes and room charges.
• Your balance must be paid 7 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made with us.
• Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.
• Las Palmas Tropicales has a 3 week cancellation policy. In the event you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. All cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation penalty of the entire reservation fee. In the event of a cancellation within 3 weeks prior to arrival, no refunds will be given unless we can re-book your accomodations with another party. The 25% cancellation penalty still applies.

• Casa La Playa check-in 3pm and check-out 11am

Please do not make reservation unless all parties are aware of and agree to the payment and cancellation policy. Due to our limited number of guest rooms and proximity to the vacation market, we require all guests to adhere to our policies.
